Google Reviews
Honestly might be the worst maintained apartment complex in all of college station
Terrible place. The complex is completely run down, visitors parking is ridiculously expensive.
I lived here for 3 years and it was total chaos. The elevators were constantly breaking down, kept changing visitor parking and now requires visitors to pay to park in the visitor parking, and I was locked out of my apartment and when I tried to call maintenance the AI was broken and never sent me to the emergency maintenance line and I was forced to sleep in the lobby till the office opened up. Now after moving out they are trying to charge me ridiculous fees for cleaning and “damages” that don’t go beyond basic wear and tear. If you value your sanity and money do not live at Northpoint.
