Google Reviews
Management here is absolutely horrible. They constantly add extra fees, randomly raise people’s rent, and even charge residents for mistakes that management made themselves. Whenever you try to get help or have an issue resolved, they are extremely unhelpful and act like they don’t care. The manager is especially rude, nasty, and very unprofessional when dealing with residents. Instead of taking accountability and actually helping, management makes everything more difficult and stressful. I would not recommend living somewhere that treats its residents this way.
The hallways and parking garage are trashy. The parking garage is too small and people drive crazy. The leasing office being closed after 6pm and on weekends is not good because packages get left outside and can be stolen (speaking from experience). When you move out they will charge you damage fees for the living room/ kitchen (even when it looked like that before). Maintence comes quick (less than 48 hours) but will leave your place looking like this. Broken handles to get in the building. Study rooms have been broken all semester AND they have no A/C
I have never seen a business that won’t talk to you. For a month I have been trying to talk to a live person about the hidden fees, extra fees, things that are not explained to young people renting for the first time, I have tried calling SO many times to only get Liam your virtual assistant. Says my call will be forwarded to a live agent which is bs. I have emailed to only get a vague response from AI . Nothing but red flags
