A place I would never return to. They tell you one rent and you end up paying more each month. The initial rent was 1100, and we were paying 1600 every month. It was outrageous. They charge you for everything, they break into your car at night. Oh, and if you park your car even slightly carelessly, they'll tow it. Security is on the lookout for that, but they don't care about cars being broken into. I haven't seen any good reviews here, which means they treat some people well and squeeze money out of others. A terrible place in my opinion.
I went in for a tour, and Ivette was so helpful. She was kind and friendly the whole time. She's probably the best person to talk to if you're looking into this complex. The complex looks clean, and the neighbors are friendly.
Siria was great to work with i enjoyed communicating with her, and ivette made the whole process of applying super easy and walked me through all the steps!
